Homeowners who want a stress-free move are invited to David Wilson Mercia's Hamlet Place development on Bloomfield Road in Tipton this weekend (February 27th and February 28th).
The developer is offering advice to home owners on how to upgrade to a larger home, using a part-exchange scheme.
Stephen Barton, sales manager at the firm, said: "Part exchange offers a range of benefits to buyers but quite often people aren't aware how it can help them.
"This is exactly why we are inviting anyone who is thinking of moving, to Hamlet Place this weekend to find out more about the scheme."
According to Mr Barton, it is a stress-free way for [of] buying or moving home, even for those who have not had difficulties selling their homes in the current economic climate.
The two homes under exchange will be independently valuated [valued]? and then an offer will made on the basis of the recommended sales prices.
Prices start at around £144,950 for three to four-bedroom homes.
