Taylor Wimpey’s Woodrove Place development in Woolley Grange has proved to be such a hit with new homebuyers that there are only ten properties available including two of the sites popular showhomes.

The site has proved particularly popular with parents who are looking for a well designed, spacious, three storey property in a tranquil setting, but convenient for schools, and local amenities such as a health centre and leisure facilities.

Anne Bagshaw regional sales and marketing manager for Taylor Wimpey explained; “All homes at Woodrove Place have been designed and built to a very high specification, and offer buyers ideal family living in a new home, in a desirable area, at an attractive price.”

The last few remaining properties on the development include the stylish “Strand” showhome, which is a tastefully designed three bedroom townhouse, the other popular three bedroom housetype is the Ingleton, which has two bathrooms (one en-suite from the master bedroom), as well as a single garage and single car parking space.

If you would prefer a four bedroom property there are two housetypes available; The Theakston design, which is a stylish four bedroom townhouse, with a car port, or the Ellerby. All the properties have private gardens, and prices start from just £179,995.

Situated just two miles away from the affluent village of Woolley and close to the villages of Darton and Mapplewell, Woodrove Place enjoys an enviable setting surrounded by open countryside and stunning views.

This is complemented by its easy access to the M1 and Wakefield, Barnsley, Leeds, Sheffield and beyond. There is also an excellent local train service from nearby Darton.
