Buyers in Launceston will be able to enjoy more than just a look through the keyhole when Redrow throws open the doors to six ready to move into new homes at its Stourscombe Vale venture.

Hannah Newnes, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West), said: “We’re nearing the end of the development at Stourscombe Vale with just 15 homes remaining for sale. Despite the limited availability there’s still plenty of choice and to help potential purchasers make the right decision for them, we’re holding an open house weekend on March 6 and 7.”

As well as showcasing available properties, the weekend will mark the opening of a new three-storey four-bedroom ‘Ribble’ view home.

“With double doors leading from the large lounge through to the open plan kitchen and diner, the ‘Ribble’ is the perfect home for families and those who enjoy entertaining,” Hannah commented.

“The flexibility and space afforded by the third floor makes it the perfect property for those with children as it has more potential than some traditional homes. We’ve converted what would otherwise have been empty roof space into a sumptuous master bedroom, complete with en-suite. It’s the ideal retreat for parents to relax in style and comfort.”

Two other ‘Ribbles’ will be open over the weekend, along with a two-bedroom ‘Allen’ style coach house with open plan living and dining room and separate kitchen and a three-bedroom ‘Galway’ with generous en-suite master bedroom.

New homes at Stourscombe Vale are priced from £119,995 to £206,995, offering something to suit all lifestyles, tastes and budgets.

With picture postcard views across to Dartmoor, Stourscombe Vale offers an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of city living, yet is conveniently placed close to the A30, giving residents easy access to Exeter, Plymouth and Truro.
