Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is urging would-be movers to take advantage of a rapidly improving property market – and secure a great-value investment in a brand new home while the time is right.
According to the Land Registry, house prices in Warwickshire have risen for eight months in succession, with the typical home adding more than £6,000 to its value since April 2009*.
