Developer David Wilson Homes is offering prospective home-buyers in West Midlands part-exchange on new homes on its latest development, Inspirations, in Broughton.

Those wanting to make the process of moving home easier will be able to take advantage of the fact that the homes will not be ready to move into until this summer.

Part-exchange allows people to trade up the property ladder in a hassle-free way, according to the developer.

Jackie Day, the sales director at the company, explained the arrangement: "Once you've chosen your new home, we will make you an offer on your existing home subject to surveys and searches meeting our criteria and then, if you're happy with the offer we make, you can reserve your new home."

Today the company announced that it has only one property remaining on its Ludlow Gate development on Ludlow Road in Bridgnorth, a three story home priced £499,950.
