With house prices still at affordable levels and economists predicting further increases, now could be the time to invest in your future with a brand new Redrow home in Bletchley.

Properties in the first phase of Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes, proved popular with buyers eager to invest in the area. Those who missed out will be delighted to discover that the award-winning developer is launching a new wave of homes.

Dawn Dolloway, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “With a selection of quality one, two and three-bedroom apartments, Bletchley Park is the ideal place for first time buyers to step onto the property ladder, downsizers looking for somewhere smaller or professionals wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.”

The sales office is scheduled to open in March with homes ready for occupation in autumn 2010.

“These new homes at Bletchley Park will be a welcome addition to the housing stock in the Milton Keynes area. By registering their interest now and being among the first to buy ‘off-plan’, would-be purchasers have the chance to reap the benefits of their early investment.

“As well as being able to choose their preferred apartment position, those who buy before they are physically built also have more choice of the individual design touches that really make a home their own,” Dawn explained.

“With Nationwide, Halifax and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveys all reporting several months of steady improvement in house prices, now could be the time to invest in your family’s future with a brand new home.

“And, if predictions from the Centre for Economics and Business Research* that house prices will increase by 6.5% this year prove correct, buyers could soon find that their new home is worth more than they paid for it.”

Bletchley Park is perfectly placed for commuters as it offers the best of small town living, yet is just a 45 minute train ride to the heart of London – with a train station directly opposite the development - has easy access to the M1 and is close to all the amenities of Milton Keynes.
