The ideal commuter apartments are soon to be unveiled Taylor Wimpey’s Steeple Chase development in Brayton, and interested parties are being asked to register their interest.

Prices and exact floor plans have not yet been revealed but those who register their details will be the first to know when further details are announced.

Called the Madrid and Seville, these two bedroom apartments are great for young couples and professionals looking for that perfect pad that provides space and practicality and above all, affordability.

Jackie McKeown, Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire sales manager for Steeple Chase, said: “We’re really looking forward to launching the apartments because we can now appeal to a new type of buyer – those who are perhaps buying their first home, downsizers or apartment dwellers simply looking for a change of scenary.

“The location of Steeple Chase is great – Castleford and York are about 30 minutes away by car and Leeds just 40 minutes. Selby railway station is also close by along with the M62 and A1(M). If an apartment in a great location is what you’re after, then come into our sales office off Foxhill Lane in Brayton.”

All homes at Steeple Chase have been designed and built to high specifications and offer buyers a chance to buy a stylish new home in a highly desirable area at an attractive price. The development is popular because of its tranquil and rural setting and easy access to livelier local areas.
