Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire’s new Middlesbrough development is already boasting 13 For Sale signs, with the show homes still to be launched next month.

Orchard View, on Orchard Road close to Middlesbrough town cente, is showing signs of being one of Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire’s most popular developments to date, with homebuyers from across the region expressing interest in the site.

Natalie Vaughn, sales executive at Orchard View, said she has been overwhelmed by the number of enquiries she has received for the development.

She commented: “We always knew this would be a popular site because of its fantastic location but the amount of interest in Orchard View has surpassed even our high expectations. As soon as the sales were opened at the development the phones did not stop and we now have 13 confirmed sales.”

Lorraine Knowles, sales executive at Orchard View, added: “To have these first 13 sales in is great, as visitors can see a community building up. We are expecting even more interest in the development when the show homes open in April.”

The luxury development is situated in a quiet suburb of Middlesbrough which boasts a friendly neighbourhood feel and is close to shops and school and just a short drive or bus ride from the centre of Middlesbrough.

When complete, Orchard View will comprise 96 homes in three bedroom townhouse and four bedroom detached styles.

Currently available are the three bedroom, three storey Maple I and II homes and the four bedroom detached Hurstwood and Longworth homes. Each of these homes benefits from two bathrooms, a garage and private garden, while the Hurstwood and Longworth homes also have a separate dining room and utility room.

For commuters, the development has easy access to the A1032 and A172, connecting to the A19 and A174, whilst Middlesbrough train station offers services to Manchester and Darlington. Durham Tees Valley Airport is also close by.

Further information on Orchard View is available from the development itself on Orchard Road, which is open Thursday-Monday from 11am until 5.30pm.
