With only nine homes still available homebuyers should hurry to Redrow’s Newton’s Walk development in Grantham – before it’s too late.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “With its carefully blended mix of homes right in the heart of bustling Grantham, it’s no surprise that Newton’s Walk has proven popular with buyers. We now have just nine homes to sell – including the four-bedroom ‘Ouse’ show home.”

Designed over three floors, the ‘Ouse’ offers a flexible living solution to modern family life and is priced from just £169,950. On the ground floor there’s a spacious lounge with French doors to the garden, a large open plan kitchen/diner and separate utility room. The four generous bedrooms are spread across the upper floors and include an en-suite to the master bedroom, which also boasts built in wardrobes.

“Despite the limited availability at Newton’s Walk, there’s still plenty of choice to meet the needs of different buyers and their varied budgets,” Pauline commented.

“At £119,750 the three-bedroom ‘Fairwood’ is a competitively priced first home and is the ideal place to start a family. Or if it’s a larger property you’re looking for there’s the four-bedroom ‘Roadford’. Available from £202,950 it features a well proportioned breakfast kitchen and has a separate lounge and dining room.”

All of the properties feature contemporary kitchens and sleek bathroom suites, with quality fixtures and fittings.

With a good choice of primary and secondary schools in Grantham, Newton’s Walk is well placed for raising a family. It’s also within walking distance of Grantham town centre and its many amenities, including the train station with regular services to London.

Grantham’s strong transport links, means it’s a popular choice for commuters working in the East Midlands, with the A1 and A52 providing links to the neighbouring cities of Peterborough, Nottingham and Leicester.
