If you’ve got designs on living in a show home, then now’s your chance as the show home at Redrow’s Stamford Brook venture in Altrincham is now on sale.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “As well as demonstrating our product, show homes provide valuable interior design inspiration for buyers who often try to replicate the look themselves.

“Now that we’re nearing the end of this particular phase at Stamford Brook, with the ‘Foss’ show home for sale, one lucky purchaser will be able to move into a stylishly dressed new home without the hassle of having to decorate themselves. And if that wasn’t enough, all of the carefully chosen furniture is also included in the price of just £349,995.”

The ‘Foss’ is a generously portioned four-bedroom home designed over three floors. With two bathrooms, plus an en-suite to the master bedroom there will be no queuing for the bathroom in this house.

The ‘Foss’ and the ‘Romsey’ which also has four bedrooms, are the last homes available on the phase known as Cherry Brook.

“At Redrow we know that families need room to grow and both the ‘Foss’ and the ‘Romsey’ have ample accommodation to allow them to do that,” Elaine commented.

"But if it’s something smaller you’re looking for there’s plenty to choose from at our new wave of homes at Stamford Brook, known as The Elms. Properties on both phases are eco-friendly – potentially saving you money on your gas and electricity bills while saving the planet.”

The homes at Stamford Brook are built on land that once formed part of the National Trust’s Dunham Massey estate and will eventually boast seven hectares of community woodland, wildlife corridors, orchards and open spaces.

Close to some top performing schools, Stamford Brook is the ideal place to raise a family.

Residents can also do their grocery shopping on their doorstep at the nearby Waitrose store, while the Trafford Centre is just a short distance away for those who want to indulge in some more extensive retail therapy.
