Hinchley Wood in Surrey will become an egg-stra special place for chocolate-lovers this weekend, with a fun Easter egg hunt at Taylor Wimpey’s popular Hinchley Park development.

Visitors are invited to turn into sweet-toothed sleuths and seek out the eggs, which have been concealed around the fabulous ‘Ferndown’ showhome and garden.

Between 11am and 4pm on Saturday 3rd April, dozens of chocolate eggs will be on offer, and it’s a case of finders keepers for those lucky enough to track down a mouth-watering treat!

Better still, among the lip-smacking chocolate prizes are probably the highest value Easter eggs ever made – Golden Eggs which, if found, can be exchanged for one of a range of sensational gifts when reserving a brand new home at the development over the weekend, including free carpets and flooring, free home appliances – or a massive £5,000 off selected plots!

Offering spacious accommodation – and plenty of hiding places for chocolate – the beautifully decorated four-bedroom ‘Ferndown’ showhome provides an exquisite example of what homebuyers can achieve using a brand new home as a blank canvas.

And customers coming along will have a superb spring collection of homes to choose from, including the one-bedroom ‘Rye’ coach house priced at just £269,995, two-bedroom apartments from only £289,995, three-bedroom houses from only £449,995 and the magnificent four-bedroom ‘Ashdown’, priced £479,995.

Hinchley Park offers the peace and tranquillity of a traditional village, yet boasts everything for high-quality day-to-day living on the doorstep, with a range of excellent shops including a continental bakery, a fine foods butcher and a farm shop.

Esher, just over a mile away, offers more than a dozen restaurants and a host of bars and cafés, while excellent shopping can be found in Kingston and Guildford.

Only 14 miles from London, northbound trains to Waterloo and southbound trains to Guildford can be caught at Hinchley Wood railway station every 30 minutes, making Hinchley Park the perfect get-away for City workers looking for a more pleasant place to call home.

For families, the area is renowned for the quality of its schools, which include Milbourne Lodge, Rowan Preparatory, Emberhurst and Claremont Fan Court, while Hinchley Wood primary and secondary schools are well regarded and close to home.
