A Radcliffe development from Taylor Wimpey Manchester is offering a fantastic opportunity for potential purchasers who have been struggling to raise a deposit or secure a good mortgage deal.

The housebuilder has made HomeBuy Direct available on its Geneva apartment types at Chapelfield Park on Stand Lane.

Under the scheme, buyers are provided with an interest free equity loan for up to 30 per cent of the value of the property for the first five years, co-funded by the Homes and Communities Agency and Taylor Wimpey, helping first time buyers overcome the hurdles of high mortgage costs and larger deposits.

This means that a two bedroom Geneva apartment type at Chapelfield Park is available for just £66,495. Just a five per cent deposit is required.

So, under the scheme, buying a Geneva home will cost from just £302 per month, with a deposit of just £3324 required.

Geneva apartments come complete with two bedrooms, an ample lounge, separate kitchen and an allocated parking space. A beautifully designed Geneva show apartment is available to view at the development, Thursday to Monday between 11am and 5pm.

Chapelfield Park is ideally situated just outside the main shopping centre of Radcliffe and a short drive from the local town centres of Whitefield and Bury, the development is in a pleasant residential location with a range of local amenities.

Conveniently placed between two major motorways in the North West, the M60 and M66, Chapelfield Park also offers commuters easy access to the national motorway network.

Many of the homes and apartments on site offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby golf course.

As well as HomeBuy Direct, a number of other incentives and schemes are also in place for potential purchasers at the development. One of the most popular is Recommend a Friend. Under this scheme, if one person recommends another who goes on to buy a property at the development, both parties receive a £1,000 cash gift from Taylor Wimpey Manchester.
