With a choice of homes that are ready to move into, Hallwood Gardens in Chorley is the ideal solution for those who want a quick move.

Lesley Myers, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “With just four homes remaining, those who want to put down roots in this part of Chorley should act fast as the prestigious location; coupled with the affordable price means they are sure to be popular.

“We are nearing the end of the development, so don’t miss out on this opportunity and they are now ready to move into.”

Prices range from £149,995 to £169,995 but with HomeBuy Direct available, homeownership could be even more affordable than you think.

The Government-backed scheme enables eligible customers to take out an equity loan for up to 30% of the purchase price of a brand new home. It means you could buy your dream home for an initial outlay of just £104,996.

“HomeBuy Direct is designed to help first time buyers, who would otherwise be priced out of the property market, purchase a home of their own at a price they can afford,” Lesley explained.

“They will own 100% of the property from day one but can put off paying up to 30% of the asking price until a time when they have more funds available. They can start purchasing the remaining share in instalments after just 12 months.”

HomeBuy Direct is open to people who have an annual household income less than £60,000, including first time buyers and those re-entering the property market following a change in circumstances, eg. divorce or the breakdown of a relationship.

“Savvy buyers understand that while an older second hand property may come with a smaller price tag, buying a brand new home could save them time and money as it won’t need expensive repairs and renovations. All Redrow homes feature contemporary kitchens with top name appliances, plus modern bathrooms and en-suites with sleek white suites and quality fixtures and fittings,” Lesley added.

Hallwood Gardens is set in the grounds of Gillibrands Hall and is surrounded by trees and parkland. Despite its tranquil location, the development lies just a mile from Chorley town centre and enjoys excellent commuter links.
