Doors are opening for sales adviser Sally Hall-Carter who’s in the running for a national award.

Sally, who works at Crest Nicholson’s Camelot Gardens venture in Ruddington, has been named as sales adviser of the year for Crest’s South West region.

“I’m very, very flattered to be named sales adviser of the year for Crest’s South West region. I have put a lot of hard work and dedication in and it’s paid off with this award,” Sally said.

Factors which helped Sally towards the accolade included her sales rate, exchange rate, her attitude and customer survey results.

“I like to give customers confidence that everything is in hand. I go the extra mile to see them through from the reservation right the way through to handing over the keys to their new home,” Sally explained.

Sally, along with the other regional award winners, will be assessed by Crest chairman Stephen Stone and a representative from the company’s human resources department, who will select the overall sales adviser of the year.

Sally has 15 years’ experience of selling homes not only with Crest but with other new homes developers and with those who have converted older buildings to provide apartments.

“I left Crest for a time because there were no sites in the Midlands region for a time. I stumbled across a development in Ruddington, got talking to the sales adviser and wasted no time in putting my application in when I discovered they were recruiting. It was almost like coming back to the family,” Sally explained.

“There are different challenges now as the housing industry has moved on since my first spell with Crest. I’ve embraced the new challenges such as learning how to use a computer and I absolutely love it.”

Amanda Benjamin, sales manager for Crest Nicholson, said: “I’m delighted that Sally’s dedication has been recognised with this award. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but having someone with Sally’s expertise and knowledge helps make it much more enjoyable for our customers. I wish her every success in her efforts to secure the national award.”

Those who want to put down roots at Camelot Gardens such act fast as just three properties remain. The final three are all four-bedroom homes – a ‘Langdale’ available from £193,950 and two ‘Worcester’ designs, priced from £214,950.

Designed over three floors, the ‘Worcester’ features an open plan kitchen - complete with dining area - and fully-fitted with a range of top name appliances. Located on the top floor, the master bedroom is a sanctuary for parents and includes an en suite bathroom with contemporary sleek white suite.

Set in a traditional rural community with schools and shops nearby, Camelot Gardens is an idyllic location to settle down and raise a family. And for those who enjoy the hustle and bustle of city life the centre of Nottingham is just five miles away.
