Redrow has upped the style stakes in Grimsby where the doors are now open to not one but two new show homes.

Kirk’s Paddock in Scartho Top is the latest development to feature designs from the New Heritage Collection. Homes have been available to buy ‘off plan’ but now (from Saturday, May 22) potential purchasers are able to enjoy more than just a look through the keyhole.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), said: “Inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, homes from the New Heritage Collection have the external character of older properties but with none of the drawbacks. Designed with family living in mind, they feature stylishly modern, convivial living spaces. The two new show homes showcase all that a brand new Redrow home has to offer.”

Redrow enlisted a team of professional interior designers from Jane Clayton to dress the show homes.

The three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ is a detached home which is certain to appeal to a broad market, including young couples and downsizers as well as families. It’s been styled with a strong duck egg blue colour theme, which is lifted by accents of gold and chocolate. To appeal to those with young families, the third bedroom features Peter Rabbit artwork.

The four-bedroom ‘Oxford’ is a generous family home with an open plan kitchen/dining room and separate lounge. The show home features metallics with shades of black, cream, grey and gold to give it a glamorous and elegant look. The colour palette is complemented by furniture with dark wood finishes of wenge and ebony, with photographic artwork framed in chrome and black.

“The Arts and Crafts influences are clearly evident in both of the show homes at Kirk’s Paddock – from the traditional bow of the bay windows of the ‘Warwick’ to the roofed porch of the ‘Oxford’,” Patsy commented.

“Buying a brand new home from the New Heritage Collection enables our customers to enjoy the character of a period property but without compromising on style, as behind the traditional exteriors hide contemporary kitchens with central islands and floor to ceiling units and sleek bathroom suites with quality fixtures and fittings.”

With a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes available, priced from just £114,950, there’s something to suit almost every kind of buyer at Kirk’s Paddock.

To find out more about the homes available at Kirk’s Paddock, visit the show homes, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
