Retirees in Poole are being invited to make McCarthy & Stone an offer for the final two apartments at its Oakhurst development in Branksome Park.
The retirement developer is holding a special Sealed Bid* event at the development on Thursday 24th June.
Anyone interested in making an offer for the last apartments should pre-register their interest by Monday 7th June. The apartments will be open for viewing by appointment only from Tuesday 8th June to Saturday 12th June and all bids should be made in writing at the development on Thursday 24th June by 4.00pm. The successful bid is subject to legal completion by 25th August 2010.
