With a selection of homes that are ready to move into, Buckshaw Village, near Chorley, offers the ideal solution for those who want a quick move.

Lesley Myers, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “We have a selection of homes at Buckshaw Village that are build-complete and ready to be called ‘home’.”

Properties that are waiting to be occupied include four-bedroom homes at Crescent Green, one of the individual developments that make up Buckshaw Village.

The four-bedroom ‘Neale’ is designed over three floors to give a stylish, flexible solution to modern family living, from £179,995. On the ground floor there’s an open plan kitchen-diner and separate family room. The living room is on the first floor, along with the master bedroom, which enjoys the benefit of an en-suite; while the remaining bedrooms and family bathroom are on the second floor.

At Park Avenue, a further phase of homes at Buckshaw Village there’s a selection of three-bedroom homes, priced from £179,995.

“Unlike some older second hand properties, a new home at Buckshaw Village won’t need expensive repairs or renovations before you can move in. All Redrow homes feature contemporary kitchens with floor to ceiling units and top name appliances, plus modern bathrooms and en-suites with sleek white suites and quality fixtures and fittings,” Lesley commented.

“Customers will also enjoy peace of mind, knowing that their investment is covered by a 10-year ‘Buildmark’ guarantee.”

Buckshaw Village is already a thriving community, situated between the bustling towns of Chorley and Leyland. Along with the new homes, there is a successful business park and proposals for a district shopping centre, provision for a new railway station with park and ride facilities, a primary school, health centre and outdoor sports amenities.
