Taylor Wimpey is unveiling a stunning new showhome to coincide with the relaunch of its popular development of new homes in Herne Bay, Kent.

The leading housebuilder’s sought-after collection of 205 brand new homes, including stylish apartments, beautiful terraced houses and spacious detached homes, is being relaunched under the new name of Meadow View.

And on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th June, visitors to the Taylor Wimpey new homes development in Herne Bay will have a chance to be the first to see the brand new three-bedroom ‘Woodstock’ showhome.

A team of expert interior designers has fitted out the showhome at Meadow View with the latest styles in decor, furnishings, fittings and accessories, to give a shining example of what new homes in Kent can be like for movers.

Mark Pajak, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Our brand new ‘Woodstock’ show house boasts a real ‘wow factor’ and gives property-seekers some fantastic ideas about what can be achieved with the blank canvas of a Meadow View home.

“This beautifully decorated showhome is sure to take visitors’ breath away. It really has to be seen to be fully appreciated so I would urge house-hunters looking for new homes for sale in Whitstable or houses in Hillborough to pay us a visit and see it for themselves.”

The ‘Woodstock’, priced from just £189,995, is a gorgeous Taylor Wimpey house design that boasts a substantial fitted kitchen/dining room, separate living room featuring French doors to the rear garden, and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a superb master bedroom – complete with luxurious en-suite shower room – two further well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Like all new homes for sale in Herne Bay at Taylor Wimpey’s Meadow View, the ‘Woodstock’ includes allocated parking and is completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and integrated oven, hob and extractor in the kitchen.

And to make choosing a new property in Herne Bay even more appealing, at Meadow View Taylor Wimpey offers a range of incentives for first-time buyers and those with a home to sell, including help with deposits and assistance with legal fees.

All incentives can be tailored to customers’ circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Meadow View enjoys an excellent location close to Blue Flag beaches and the new homes are near to Herne Bay’s shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants.

The town is also a hive of sporting and cultural activity, including an annual arts festival, a cinema, a boating lake, water sports, cricket, golf, hockey, bowls and football, while a roller skating rink can be found on the pier.

Meanwhile, the railway station provides regular services to London Victoria, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate, Whitstable, Faversham, Gillingham and Rochester, while the historic city of Canterbury and the Channel ports and Eurostar services are all within easy reach by road.

The brand new ‘Woodstock’ showhome located next to the Sales Centre, off Mill Lane, Herne Bay, will be open to view between 9.30am and 5pm on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th June, then 9.30am to 5pm Thursdays to Mondays.
