Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is heading back to Overpool to launch a superb range of new build homes at Tudor Grange on Netherpool Road, and you’re invited to the VIP launch.
Tudor Grange has been a successful development for the housebuilder over recent years and Taylor Wimpey expects this new selection of homes to be no different. Three bedroom mews homes and three and four bedroom detached homes will be available, with a helping hand from incentives such as part exchange, recommend a friend and shared equity.

For those who like the hands-on experience of seeing what the finished homes will look like, the development will have an Alderley and Shannon show home for visitors to take a look around. The Alderley show home comes complete with a conservatory, which can be ordered as part of the upgrade options available at Tudor Grange.
First time buyers at Tudor Grange can take advantage of the great Easystart scheme, which seems them owning a brand new home for 90% of the price. The other 10 per cent is offered by the housebuilder as an interest free loan to be repaid within 10 years.
For those with a property to sell, Taylor Wimpey’s part exchange scheme takes away the strain of having to sell your property on the open market. Taylor Wimpey will undertake a survey and agree a price to buy your home and set a completion date with you. As an extra incentive Taylor Wimpey is also offering to pay legal fees for all new purchasers who use the part exchange scheme. The scheme also entitles people to use Taylor Wimpey’s ‘House to Home’ removal service, where a specialised team will pack and unpack your belongings and take care of removal insurance.
Another scheme available is ‘Recommend a Friend’, whereby, if someone recommends another person who goes on to buy a home at Tudor, both parties are rewarded with £500 from Taylor Wimpey.
Lastly, those who are struggling to save up a substantial mortgage can benefit from the Deposit Match scheme. Through the Deposit Match scheme, the housebuilder will match the deposit put down by purchasers, up to 10% of the property’s value. This additional capital provides first time buyers with access to a wider range of mortgages, more competitive interest rates and reduced monthly payments.
