Following a flurry of sales in Loughton, Essex, Redrow has released a new wave of homes which offer the best of urban and rural living on your doorstep.

Located close to the edge of Epping Forest, yet just a short tube journey into the centre of London, it’s no surprise the contemporary three and four-bedroom homes at The Rodings have been proving popular.

Suzanne Irons, sales director for Redrow Homes (Eastern), said: “Our stylish properties have been selling extremely well in recent weeks, so we have decided to release the final homes in our current phase to give buyers a wider choice.

“There’s now a great selection of brand new three and four-bedroom homes available, so everyone from growing families, young professionals and those opting to downsize, can find a home they will love.”

Loughton is a sought-after area for London commuters who prefer a more peaceful life. The Rodings is a short walk to Debden tube station, which takes you into the centre of the capital in just 30 minutes, whilst being close to the natural beauty and tranquillity of Epping Forest where you can roam miles of footpaths and cycleways.

Comparing favourably to London price tags, three-bedroom homes are priced from £283,950 and four-bedroom homes from £339,950.

All homes boast a high specification including the latest statement-making kitchen designs, with floor to ceiling units and top name appliances, and modern bathrooms, with white suites and quality fixtures and fittings.

For those with an existing property to sell, Redrow is giving buyers the opportunity to part-exchange. This effectively means Redrow will act as a cash buyer for a customer’s old home, removing the problem of finding a buyer or the risk of getting stuck in a potentially long and complicated housing chain.

To find out more about The Rodings visit the development situated on Borders Lane open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
