It’s makeover time at Lawley Farm in Telford as house builder Taylor Wimpey Midlands sets about re-branding its popular development from Bryant Homes to Taylor Wimpey.

A re-launch event, where the development’s new look will be unveiled, is taking place on Saturday 18th September and house hunters looking for a new home in the area are invited to come along.

Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: “When Taylor Wimpey was formed back in 2007, the decision to continue building Lawley Farm under its original Bryant Homes brand was made, but we felt the time had come to let go of the past and inject some new life into the development by updating its look, bringing it in line with our other developments across the region.

“Despite the new facelift it’s important that our customers realise that the high levels of build quality and excellent customer service that Bryant Homes is renowned for remains the same. This is why we’re hosting the re-launch on the 18th, giving house hunters in the area a chance to visit the development and meet our committed team.”

In addition to a new look, there’s currently a new collection of homes available at Lawley Farm including the three bedroom Stockwood terrace priced at £159,995 and the four bedroom detached Ash complete with en suite, priced at £199,995.

Residents employed in Telford can be at work in around 10 minutes as Lawley Farm is only 2.5 miles away from the town centre. For those wishing to travel further afield Telford Train Station is in close proximity. For families, the annual Shrewsbury street theatre festival provides real community entertainment while a good selection of nursery, infant and primary schools are all within two miles of the development.

Weekends can be spent at one of the many museums in the area, browsing the host of high street shops including House of Fraser, Marks and Spencer and Debenhams in the Telford shopping centre, which is near to the development, or exploring the 180-acre Telford Town Park.

For further information about the properties and incentives currently available at Lawley Farm, visit the marketing suite daily from 10.00am until 5.00pm.
