On selected properties, the house builder will offer a fixed price for your house which means you know exactly how much you have to spend to part exchange it against your new Taylor Wimpey home. There’s no chain to break down and you can stay in your property until your new home is ready to move into.
For prospective purchasers worried about rising interest rates, Taylor Wimpey is offering one of the most competitive mortgage deals on the market. At a rate of just 2.99% fixed for two years, the special mortgage offer is available on selected properties on Taylor Wimpey developments across South Wales.
This new initiative comes in the form of a subsidised mortgage which sees Taylor Wimpey credit the difference between a maximum representative mortgage rate of 5.99% and the offer rate of 2.99%.
