There’s now even more choice for Lancashire buyers with the launch of a new show apartment at the Cedar Walk phase of Buckshaw Village.

The new apartment means that there are now nine professionally designed and decorated Redrow properties to view in Chorley alone.

Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), commented: “Feedback from customer focus groups tells us that being able to look inside a show home is crucial, with some people saying they are unable to visualise the layout without one.

“With that in mind we’ve created an example of one of our apartments to demonstrate what the finished product will look like, enabling would-be homeowners to look around and get a real feel of what it would be like as their home.”

The apartment will complement the six Redrow show homes already open at Buckshaw Village, including three and four-bedroom designs at the Village Green @ Buckshaw Village, two large and luxurious properties at the exclusive Sandy Lane phase, plus the two fully furnished show homes at Sandhurst Gardens, close to Chorley town centre.

“While apartment living is often seen as the domain for young people starting out in life, it’s also well suited to other groups of buyers including downsizers and those who want to make a fresh start after a change in circumstances,” Christine said.

One-bedroom apartments at Cedar Walk are available from £89,995 or just £62,996 with HomeBuy Direct, the Government-backed scheme that helps certain groups of buyers onto the property ladder.

Two-bedroom apartments are on the market from £109,995 or just £76,997 with HomeBuy Direct.

Cedar Walk also features two and three-bedroom homes from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection. Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movement, they look traditional on the outside but are bright and modern on the inside.

“Whether it’s a chic apartment or a fabulous family home, all home owners at Cedar Walk and our other developments across Lancashire will benefit from owning a quality built, brand new home that’s easy to maintain and efficient to run,” Christine added.

“They can rest assured that their new home won’t require the costly repairs or renovations of an older second hand property, but will feature Redrow’s sophisticated specification, including fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and sleek white bathroom suites with quality fixtures and fittings.”

To view the new show apartment, visit Cedar Walk, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
