First-time buyers are being urged to find out how Taylor Wimpey can make it easy to step on to the property ladder at developments of new homes in Norfolk, property in Suffolk, property for sale in Cambridgeshire and houses for sale in Essex.

Taylor Wimpey is offering a helping hand to East Anglia property-seekers who are struggling to make their first step onto the property ladder.

With the leading housebuilder’s great-value prices and homes designed specifically with first-time buyers in mind, plus its amazing Gifted Deposit scheme available at selected developments, it’s no wonder that more and more people are becoming home-owners with Taylor Wimpey East Anglia.

Taylor Wimpey has new homes developments across the region, including property for sale in Norfolk, houses for sale in Suffolk, new homes in Cambridgeshire and property for sale in Essex.

The housebuilder can also offer expert advice from its team of financial advisers to make sure that purchasers in search of new builds in East Anglia can take advantage of the best deals available.

Stacy Dornan, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, says: “Many potential first-time buyers are stuck in a rental rut, with restrictions on mortgage lending, property prices and the cost of living making home ownership seem unattainable.

“Despite the challenging conditions, we’ve helped a large number of first-time buyers take the step onto the ladder and I want to encourage would-be purchasers who’ve given up on their moving dream to pay us a visit – there may well be something we can do to help.”

A range of homes suited to first-time buyers is available at Taylor Wimpey’s developments across the East Anglia region, including stylish one and two-bedroom apartments and coach houses with contemporary open-plan living areas and delightful two-bedroom starter homes with private gardens.

At the Hunters Park development in Costessey, Norwich, for example, Taylor Wimpey is offering to pay 5% towards the deposit of qualifying first-time buyers on selected plots. This would mean a gifted deposit of £6,250 on the stylish two-bedroom ‘Ardleigh’ coach house, priced at just £124,995.

And by owning a home rather than renting, purchasers can save themselves a fortune on their monthly outgoings.

An estimated monthly mortgage payment on a delightful two-bedroom ‘Douglas’ terraced home at Kings Reach in Kings Lynn is just £368*, compared with the average rent for a two-bedroom house in Kings Lynn of £574** – offering potential annual savings running into thousands of pounds.

Furthermore, first-time buyers can save themselves tens of thousands of pounds by owning a brand new Taylor Wimpey home instead of buying on the second-hand market.

A two-bedroom ‘Belstead’ apartment at Concept in Red Lodge, Suffolk, is priced from just £104,995, for example – an incredible saving of over £20,000 on the price of a typical two-bedroom property in the IP28 postcode area.***
