Taylor Wimpey managers at Brackens Court, Chaworth Gardens, Chestnut Grove and Trent Mills developments of houses for sale in Nottinghamshire have earned NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.
Four Taylor Wimpey site managers at developments of houses in Nottinghamshire have earned coveted prizes in a prestigious UK building industry competition.
Mark Frost, Site Manager of the Brackens Court development of new homes in Nottingham, Mark Jefferson, of Chaworth Gardens in Ravenshead, Richard Boaden, of Chestnut Grove in Hucknall and Tim Welton, of Trent Mills in Long Eaton, have all been presented with Quality Awards at the 2010 National House-Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards – the Oscars of the housing industry.
Managers at two of the developments of property for sale in Nottinghamshire – Mark Frost and Tim Welton – have gone a step further by being awarded the Seal of Excellence, one of the top honours handed out by the NHBC.
The Seal of Excellence recognises outstanding commitment to producing high-quality new homes and to maintaining exceptional standards in every aspect of building work.
Steve Farmer, Managing Director of Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, says: “I’d like to congratulate the managers and their teams at all four developments of houses and flats in Nottinghamshire for all the hard work and commitment which has resulted in them being recognised with Quality Awards.
“And I’m especially thrilled for Mark Frost and Tim Welton, who are both worthy winners of the prestigious Seal of Excellence Awards.
“The awards are testament to the dedication of Taylor Wimpey teams across Nottinghamshire who take pride in building beautiful, high-quality homes and delivering exceptional customer service.
“In total, eight out of 20 Taylor Wimpey sites in the East Midlands won awards, with a further two sites given letters of commendation – that’s quite an achievement!”
Seal of Excellence winners really are the cream of the crop when it comes to delivering outstanding new homes and maintaining the safest and most efficient building sites.
The 130 recipients are whittled down from 400 Quality Award winners who are, in turn, selected from more than 18,000 NHBC-registered housebuilders running sites up and down the UK.
Each Site Manager undergoes a stringent selection process with independent judges visiting developments at key stages of the construction process to assess them on all aspects of house building.
