The long wait is almost over for discerning homebuyers in Sheffield, eager to see inside new large and luxurious homes in the sought-after village of Ringinglow.

Redrow will soon be launching Ringinglow Gardens, offering an exclusive selection of four and five-bedroom homes from its popular New Heritage Collection.

The development will comprise just 11 properties, but with more than 100 people already having expressed an interest in the homes, demand is expected to be high. Potential purchasers who register their interest now will be invited to a VIP pre-launch event.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: "Our New Heritage Collection is already a premium housing product, but we've really raised the bar at Ringinglow Gardens. The homes will boast a top notch specification that we're confident will exceed buyers' expectations. Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts era, the homes will look traditional from the outside, but with modern interiors designed to meet the demands of 21st century family living."

Raised ceiling heights will emphasise the light and airy nature of the properties, which will also benefit from under-floor heating. Kitchens will enjoy the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances, including American style fridge-freezers; while many of the bedrooms will feature en-suite bathroom and master bedrooms will also boast the added glamour of a dressing room.

From April, house hunters will be able to experience all that the properties at Ringinglow have to offer, when the doors open to a stunning five-bedroom 'Highgrove' style show home.

The 'Highgrove' features a combined kitchen, breakfast area and family area that puts the kitchen at the heart of the home. The separate dining room is ideal for dinner parties and more formal entertaining; while the lounge is an inviting space to relax in. And with a dedicated study, parents and children alike can focus on their work without any distractions. Four out of the five bedrooms in this luxurious property benefit from the modern day essential en-suite.

"The combination of high specification executive homes and the beauty of the location, with views of rolling countryside and easy access to Sheffield city centre, means that this prestigious development is sure to be much sought-after. Video footage of the area surrounding Ringinglow Gardens has proved popular with house hunters who have logged onto our award-winning online television channel Redrow.TV. In fact, they've made it one of the most watched films on the website," Patsy added.
