Galliford Try is unifying its housebuilding division under one national brand Linden Homes. Under rebranding plans announced today Midas Homes, Stamford Homes, Gerald Wood Homes and Rosemullion Homes will change their name to the largest existing regional brand Linden Homes.

The creation of one brand will instil a strong sense of dependability and reassurance and demonstrate a true national presence with Linden Homes stretching from Cornwall to North Yorkshire operating through 10 regional business units. This national brand will streamline the sales and marketing process, providing benefits to our customers and improve sales efficiency by greater sharing of knowledge and best practice.

Ian Baker, Group Managing Director Linden Homes, comments:
Creating 'one brand' heralds a new era for our business and reaffirms our investment towards future growth. Sharing ideas and best practices while displaying a consistent public image means we can head confidently into the future and continue to deliver the highest levels of product quality and customer experience for which we are renowned.

Following on from a series of successful acquisitions and the £119m rights issue in 2009 we are on track to deliver the objectives of our three year expansion plan of achieving annual sales in excess of 3,000 homes. A unified national brand now forms an integral part of a robust strategy for delivering these objectives."

A new Linden Homes logo has been developed and in recognition of its position within Galliford Try, the distinctive partnership motif was retained whilst the colour red has been deepened to project a warmer, more homely, aspirational feel. The new identity will be applied to all communication material and development site signage. The website has also been updated to reflect the rebranding to Linden Homes.

Customers already in the process of buying a home through one of the former regional brands will not be affected by the change.
