Tucked away in one of Ruislip's leafier corners is Linden Homes' latest bespoke development of 66 apartments and houses. Located on Bury Street in the heart of the town's conservation area, six homes have already sold off-plan ahead of the launch weekend on Saturday 7th May.

The stylish collection of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom houses have taken on Ruslip's long association with ancient woods, each being named after woodland trees and featuring timber cladding and generously sized mature gardens. All the homes also have private terraces or Juliet balconies from which to enjoy the tranquil setting as well as a high internal specification.

Buyers at the launch weekend will be treated to a £1,000 voucher for Linden Homes' Enhance studio and carpet package*. Perfect for busy buyers keen to personalise their home, the voucher can be exchanged for a range of optional extras and upgrades, including flooring, appliances and accessories.

For buyers keen to make the move to Orchard Grove, Linden Homes' hassle-free Part Exchange* scheme, where the developer becomes the guaranteed buyer of an existing property, and Linden Assist*, which dovetails with an estate agent to oversee a sale, are also available.

Ruislip fuses old and new, with the town's medieval St Martin's Church and ancient buildings at the centre surrounded by a range of popular high street stores, including Waitrose and M&S Simply Food as well as independent shops, bars and restaurants. The surrounding countryside is also within easy reach, and for families a number of highly regarded primary and secondary schools are close by.

Ruislip's Metropolitan tube has services to central London in around 20 minutes and is within walking distance. There is also a regular and fast overground train service to Marylebone from West Ruislip station. The M25, M40 and M4 are a short drive away.

Simon Pendlebury, Head of Sales and Marketing at Linden Homes Chiltern, comments:

"A stepping stone to London, Ruislip has a relaxed village feel and provides the perfect base for busy commuters and families. Orchard Grove's sympathetic design takes into account its tranquil setting in a sought-after area while still affording buyers all of the luxuries and conveniences they could expect from a brand new Linden home. With new homes rarely available in established commutable towns like this we expect continued early interest ahead of the launch event."
