House hunters in the Scawthorpe area should act fast if they want to take advantage of a range of incentives designed to make moving more affordable.

Following sales success, Redrow is extending its 'More for Less' promotion on selected properties at Danum St Giles near Doncaster. It means that for a limited period only, customers can purchase a brand new home complete with carpets, curtains, light fittings and turfed gardens.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: "We offer a specification that's unrivalled among most of our house building peers, let alone the second hand sector. Coupled with incentives such as part-exchange or HomeBuy Direct, the added extras we're offering have helped customers buy the home of their dreams at a price they can afford. We've had enquiries from other potential customers hoping to benefit from the deals and have decided to give house hunters a final chance to buy a home that offers 'More for Less'."

Current availability at Danum St Giles includes a choice of two and four-bedroom homes. They all boast fashionable kitchens with tall units, extra wide drawers and integrated top brand name appliances, plus bathrooms and en-suites with quality fixtures and fittings.

HomeBuy Direct is available on selected properties, enabling eligible customers to take out an equity loan for up to 30% of the price of a brand new home. It means a two-bedroom 'Evesham' on the market at £122,999, could be snapped up for an initial outlay of just £86,099.

Customers can pay the outstanding balance when they have more funds available or when they come to resell and the loan is interest free for the first five years.

HomeBuy Direct is open to purchasers who have an annual household income less than £60,000, including first time buyers, those re-entering the property market following a change in circumstances such as divorce or the breakdown of a relationship and potentially families needing room to grow.

"HomeBuy Direct is designed to help those who would otherwise have been priced out of the market to step onto the property ladder. The popularity of the homes and the incentive means that it's now only available on selected properties for a limited period only," Patsy explained.

"Or if you've got a property to sell you may be able to take advantage of part-exchange and use your old home as part payment for a brand new Redrow home at Danum St Giles. Customers will be offered a fair price for their old home within seven days, they won't have to worry about being caught up in a complicated chain and there are no estate agent's fees to pay."

To take advantage of the incentives available from Redrow, visit Danum St Giles and speak to the friendly, experienced sales team.
