The over 60's in Essex are being urged to visit the Essex Garden Show at the Brentwood Centre this month to make the most of the exclusive homebuying incentives on offer from retirement specialist McCarthy & Stone.
Between 13th to 15th May 2011, potential purchasers visiting McCarthy & Stone's stand at the event in Brentwood, will be given the option to choose from a £10k reduction on a new apartment at a select number of regional developments, or take up a 100% part exchange*.
