New Development Launching Soon In Historic Warwick

An Englishman's home is his castle. And, thanks to Taylor Wimpey Midlands, housebuyers now have an opportunity to make their home in the historic town of Warwick as the leading housebuilder is preparing to launch a new development there on Saturday 23rd July.

Warwick Chase, which will comprise a collection of three, four and five bedroom homes, is the only new development being built in the town and will offer house hunters well designed, high quality homes in a much sought after location just minutes from Warwick Castle.

With over 100 enquiries already taken and interest continuing to mount, Taylor Wimpey is urging eager house hunters to get in touch now so they can be amongst the first to find out information on the new homes.

Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: "We are delighted to be building a new development of homes in Warwick, a town steeped in history and culture that also boast an array of fantastic boutiques, restaurants and art galleries, making it a wonderful place to live.

"All of the homes will be built to the highest standards and, based on the number of enquiries we've already received, we're confident they will prove very attractive both to professionals and families alike."

Warwick, which is easily accessible by car, bus or train, is set amidst historic buildings and numerous attractions, headed by Warwick Castle, described as Britain's greatest mediaeval experience.

The town, which lies upon the River Avon, boasts a number of excellent educational facilities including separate independent schools for boys and girls.

Ideal for commuters, access to the M40 and onto the wider motorway network is just minutes away, and Birmingham and Coventry city centres are close by.
