Crest Nicholson is returning to Sutton Coldfield to build more than 50 homes in the town.

The soon to launch development in Roughley, known as Harvest Fields, will offer a choice of homes with two to six-bedrooms.

Amanda Benjamin, sales manager for Crest Nicholson (South West), commented: "We have an excellent reputation in Sutton Coldfield, having previously built homes in Roughley, Streetley and Four Oaks. It's some time since we built in the town and this latest development will be a welcome boost to the local housing stock, providing some 55 new homes.

"We anticipate a strong level of interest in the properties and expect that those who bought a Crest Nicholson home previously will be keen to find out more about our latest venture."

Due to launch in the autumn, Harvest Fields is just a few miles from the town centre, which means residents will benefit from good local amenities including leisure and shopping facilities at nearby Mere Green. The development is ideal for those with children with a number of schools close by. It's also well placed for commuting with good public transport links and easy access to the M42, M6 and M5.

"The fact that we are returning to Sutton Coldfield to build new homes is evidence that we have confidence in the local housing market. We are now gearing up for the sales launch of Harvest Fields and would encourage anyone who is considering buying a new home in the town to register their interest now so that we can keep them informed of our progress," Amanda added.

"Early bird customers will be have a greater choice in the style of homes available; while those who purchase a property 'off plan' before it's physically built will be able to have a greater say in how their new home looks."
