Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has unveiled its brand new four-bedroom 'Oakley' property for sale in the West Midlands, which has been created with the help of valuable feedback from purchasers.
If West Midlands property-seekers could design their perfect family-sized home, there's a good chance it would resemble the 'Oakley'.
This stunning four-bedroom Taylor Wimpey home, available at a number of West Midlands new build homes developments, was created by a team of architects who were challenged to come up with a new housetype based on the results of a customer survey by the leading housebuilder.
Several designs for houses for sale in the West Midlands were conceived on the drawing board, with the 'Oakley' selected as the best by Taylor Wimpey's team of experienced Sales Executives.
As a result, this splendid detached housetype was added to Taylor Wimpey's portfolio of new homes for sale in the West Midlands and is now selling like hot cakes at selected developments across the region!
Jan Titley, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: "The 'Oakley' is a perfect example of Taylor Wimpey listening to what its customers want.
"We surveyed many potential purchasers in search of West Midlands new homes, asking them what sort of features they would ideally like to see in a house, and the 'Oakley' takes the best suggestions and rolls them all into one perfect family-sized home."
An open-plan kitchen/dining room was seen as a must by the majority of customers surveyed, and as a result, the 'Oakley' has one at its heart, complete with French doors leading to the private rear garden.
A spacious lounge, with a bay window to flood the room with natural light, was also included due to popular demand, as was the all-important ground-floor guest cloakroom.
Upstairs, the 'Oakley' features the highly desired master bedroom with en-suite shower room, three further good-sized bedrooms and a main bathroom. In tune with customers' wishes, the 'Oakley' also comes with a garage.
