This fantastic initiative lets qualifying purchasers secure their new home with a mortgage of just 75% of the full purchase price - plus a deposit as low as 5% - and is available now with selected homes at the leading housebuilder's Billington Grove and Catina Court developments of apartments and houses for sale in Leighton Buzzard.
