Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is launching its brand new Beaufort Park development of new build homes in Carbrooke with a fantastic competition for Norfolk property-seekers.

House-hunters looking for new homes for sale in Norfolk are invited to the launch of Taylor Wimpey's stunning Beaufort Park development in Carbrooke on Friday 23rd September, where they will have the chance to go up, up and away for a fantastic prize!

The event, running from 4pm to 7pm, marks an exciting stage in the development of this popular collection of houses for sale in Norfolk, where its old name of Blenheim Grange makes way for the new title of Beaufort Park - a move immortalising the 'Bristol Beaufort Bomber' which replaced the 'Blenheim Bomber', an aircraft that was based at nearby RAF Watton during World War II.

In an exciting play on the area's renowned aviation history, one lucky property-seeker who registers an interest in the fantastic new homes for sale in Carbrooke at Beaufort Park will win an idyllic trip for two onboard a hot-air balloon travelling over Norfolk's beautiful countryside.

For a chance of winning, all aspiring homebuyers in search of houses for sale in Carbrooke or new homes for sale in Watton have to do is attach their contact details to a helium-filled balloon at the launch event, release it and watch it float away. The one which is found furthest from Beaufort Park wins the prize!

Stacy Dornan, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: "We are thrilled to pay tribute to an area which played such an important part in British aviation history by launching the new Beaufort Park name at this event.
"Home-hunters are sure to find the selection of properties available at this stylish development of interest - and they won't want to miss their chance to win a wonderful hot-air balloon ride over the gorgeous Norfolk countryside!"
Interest in the new homes at Beaufort Park is already running high - but there are plenty of opportunities to find the perfect property at the development, where stylish two-bedroom homes are priced from as little as £100,000, spacious three-bedroom townhouses from only £133,995, and impressive four-bedroom properties from just £179,995.
Beaufort Park enjoys a peaceful woodland location between the quiet village of Carbrooke and the attractive market town of Watton, which offers shops catering for everyday needs and a choice of nursery and primary schools.
For a wider choice of shopping and leisure, Thetford is only 15 miles from the development and the city of Norwich is less than 25 miles away by road.

To find out more about Beaufort Park and the opportunities there, the Sales Centre and showhome are located off Norwich Road, between Watton and Carbrooke, and open Mondays 1.30pm - 5pm and Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
