For one weekend only, on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th October, would-be movers are offered the chance to sell their old home and buy one of the leading property-builder's new houses or apartments for sale in Sussex in just 48 hours*.

Visitors to participating developments of new build homes for sale in Sussex will be met by a team of experts who can help them part exchange their property in just two days, subject to terms and conditions.

The popular scheme helps make moving into Sussex properties easier and stress-free, and will be available on a selection of homes during 48 Hours Weekend.
