The site manager of Taylor Wimpey's stunning Oak Springs development of new homes for sale in Bourne, Lincolnshire, has earned a coveted prize in a prestigious UK building industry competition.
Scott Weatherbed has been named as the winner of a 2011 Pride in the Job Quality Award by the National House-Building Council (NHBC) - the Oscars of the new homes industry.
Scott received invaluable support from his team at the Oak Springs development of new build homes in Bourne, in particular from assistant site manager Mark Wardega.
His achievement has contributed to a hugely successful performance at the 2011 Pride in the Job Quality Awards for Taylor Wimpey, which has seen nine of its site managers honoured across the East Midlands and a total of 65 nationwide.

Quality Award winners proceed to the regional heats of the competition, which take place in the autumn, with the Supreme Awards gala final being held in January 2012, the NHBC's 75th anniversary year.
