An inpsirational new show home is now open in Manchester to show case the stylish new homes available at The Way.

It's the first time Lovell has opened the doors to a Goldley show home at The Way, in Beswick, and visitors now have the chance to experience firsthand the benefits of living in this outstanding property.

Elaine Taylor, regional sales manager for Lovell, said: "This stylish show home gives potential purchasers the opportunity to view a fully furnished and professionally decorated house so they can begin to imagine what their life could be like at The Way.

"They can see how the Goldley house type could work for them, with its two double bedrooms and three floors of living space. It's a great house for families or professionals working in the city."

Homes at The Way enjoy a vibrant location around a mile from the city centre but minus the high price tag. All homes offer secure parking and many have gardens.
Stylish three-bedroom houses are available from £175,995.

Lovell could also help out purchasers who do not have a substantial deposit.

The Government-backed FirstBuy scheme is available on selected properties, which sees home owners receive an interest free loan for up to 20% of the purchase price, jointly funded by Lovell and the Government, but still own 100% of their home from day one.

It's available to first time buyers or people wanting to return to home ownership, provided their household earnings are less that £60,000 a year.

FirstBuy could reduce their initial outlay to just £140,796.

For buyers who may not be eligible for FirstBuy, or for those opting for a property which has not been allocated under the scheme, Lovell has made its own shared equity scheme available on selected homes. This provides buyers with an interest free loan for 15% of the purchase price for up to 10 years, helping those who may be struggling to get mortgage.

Elaine added: "This shared equity scheme is a great option for buyers who may otherwise be unable to get on to the property ladder in the current climate. There's no interest or rent to pay on the deferred 15% and they have up to 10 years to pay it back.

"The scheme also means they only need a 5% deposit and therefore need only apply for an 80% mortgage, giving them access to some of the best rates around."

This could reduce the initial outlay on selected homes to as little as £149,570.

The amount repayable is calculated as a percentage of the market value at the time of repayment, which could go up as well as down, giving buyers extra piece of mind against negative equity. Repayments can be made at any time, giving buyers the option to pay more when they have more funds available.

The Way is a contemporary development, which achieves a rare balance between city life and quiet surroundings. Each home is beautifully designed to create light and space in every room. Located on the edge of Manchester city centre, its superb restaurants, world famous nightlife, music venues and sporting arenas are just moments away. The A635 offers easy access both into the city and to the M60.
