McCarthy & Stone's Imber Court development is proud to announce its sponsorship of Plain Crazy 2011, a 12-mile run on Salisbury Plain in aid of Warminster British Legion, taking place on Tuesday 27th December at 11am.
The event, now in its third year, is being held at The Land Warfare Centre in Warminster and is sure to be a real test of strength and endurance for the competitors hoping to raise funds for this worthy cause.
Ted Wilson, chairman of the Royal British Legion in Warminster, said: "I'd like to say a big thank you to McCarthy and Stone for kindly sponsoring this year's event - their support is very much appreciated. It's going to be a great spectacle and the runners can be sure to burn off that excessive Christmas pudding!"
Aileen King, sales and marketing director for McCarthy & Stone South West, said: "It's a real honour to sponsor this year's Plain Crazy run. I'd like to wish all the competitors the best of luck on the day and I hope the event raises a great deal of money for what is a fantastic cause."
