New home buyers looking for an affordable apartment in South Yorkshire are being invited to take advantage of a new-build incentive.

FTBs are being invited to purchase selected plots at a new development in semi-rural Renishaw and Miller Homes will pay at least £500 a month on the mortgage for the first year.

The offer is available on two-bedroom apartments and prices start from £106,000.

Ross Clarkson, field sales manager, said: "This is a great way to escape the rent payments while at the same time owning your own property.

"We don't think our purchasers should be put off buying a property and this is one way that they can be eased gently into a new way of life."

Renishaw is likely to be a hit with commuters as Sheffield is only 20 minutes away by car and 45 minutes away from Leeds.
