First-time buyers in the Gloucestershire area are being tempted by a full-value home exchange or five per cent deposit paid incentive.
Coopers Edge, which is Barratt Homes' latest development at the foothills of the Cotswolds, includes apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom houses, with prices ranging from £153,995 to £349,995.
The development in Hucclecote is part of a wider complex that will eventually include schools, pubs, restaurants, high street shopping, a sports centre and conservation initiatives.
Sales director Louise Ware said: "The development has been built on the site of an old airfield but we've preserved surrounding meadows because the rare flowers that grow here are of scientific interest.
"We can offer various financial incentives, including a full-value home exchange or five per cent deposit paid, an ideal helping hand for first-time buyers."
Coopers Edge is five miles away from Gloucester city centre and two miles from junction 11A of the M5 motorway.
