Aspiring home-owners who are looking to step on the property ladder are being urged to reserve their choice of property for sale in Aylesbury at Oasis now - to make sure they have completed their purchase before the end of the stamp duty holiday.

Stamp duty is currently suspended for first-time buyers purchasing property in Aylesbury below £250,000, but from 24th March 2012 the tax will once again apply at one per cent for all homes costing between £125,000 and £250,000.
