Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is investing millions of pounds in community facilities and infrastructure as it creates its Crookham Park development of new homes for sale in Church Crookham, Fleet, Hampshire.

Taylor Wimpey will be spending £13 million in the local community as part of its plans for a development of new build homes in Church Crookham.

The leading housebuilder, which is behind the village's Queensacre and Hightrees at Crookham Park developments of property for sale in Fleet, has earmarked huge sums of money to expand and improve local education provision, health services and road improvements.

Tim Betts, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey West London says: "As a responsible developer creating new homes for sale in Fleet, we take our community commitments very seriously indeed.

"We have worked tirelessly with local authorities and statutory bodies to ensure our injection of millions of pounds is spent in the very best possible way to benefit both residents of our new apartments and houses for sale in Fleet and the wider community in Church Crookham."

A total of £13 million will be spent on education by Taylor Wimpey, including the construction of a new infant school in the grounds of the Crookham Park development of property for sale in Church Crookham, plus funding to expand existing junior school provision in the area. Almost £8 million is also being provided to boost secondary school provision locally.
Around £3 million has been earmarked to improve local transport links, including road improvements surrounding the new development, while more than £100,000 will be donated to the local Primary Care Trust to boost healthcare provision in the area.

In addition to these commitments, residents and the wider public will also be able to take advantage of a number of community facilities Taylor Wimpey is creating at Crookham Park as the new homes are constructed over the coming years.

In time, the development will benefit from a brand new community centre, allotments, children's play areas, sports facilities, an athletics track, shop units and business space.

Acre upon acre of open space in and around the development, which occupies the former Queen Elizabeth Barracks site, will include paths and woodland trails. The upkeep and maintenance of this land will be carried out by a management company.

A stylish selection of homes is now on sale at Queensacre, with one-bedroom apartments priced from as little as £168,000 and two-bedroom designs from only £205,000. Three-bedroom houses, meanwhile, start from just £272,995 and four-bedroom homes from £344,995.

Meanwhile at Hightrees, there's a choice of two-bedroom maisonettes from £219,995, three-bedroom houses from £289,995 and four-bed detached properties from £389,995.

All new homes at the developments are completed to the same high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchens with integrated oven hob and hood.

To make choosing one of these high-quality homes even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives for first-time buyers and those with a property to sell.

Incentives can be tailored to customers' individual circumstances and are subject to availability with full details available from the Sales Executive.

Surrounded by woodland and open countryside, the new homes will be within easy reach of Church Crookham's range of amenities for everyday needs, including shops, pubs and a well-regarded infant and junior school, while a wider range of services and amenities can be found just a mile away in Fleet.

For commuters, Crookham Park boasts an enviable position only three miles from Aldershot, four miles from Farnborough, 12 miles from Basingstoke and 14 miles from Guildford. Fleet railway station provides regular services to London Waterloo in under an hour, while the M3 is just four miles from home, putting the M25, Southampton and Portsmouth all within easy reach.

To find out more about the new homes now on sale at Queensacre, home-hunters can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Sandy Lane, Church Crookham, GU52 8LH, and open daily from 10.30am to 5.30pm.

The Hightrees Sales Information Centre is located in Naishes Lane, off Sandy Lane, and open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
