With the stamp duty holiday drawing to a close, first-time buyers in search of new homes for sale in Derbyshire are being urged to hurry to take their place at Taylor Wimpey's Briars Chase for less.
Aspiring home-owners could make hefty savings on the price of their dream property in Derbyshire if they act quickly at Taylor Wimpey's Briars Chase development of apartments and houses for sale in Ilkeston.

Stamp duty is currently suspended for first-time buyers purchasing property for sale in Derbyshire below £250,000, but from 24th March 2012 the one per cent tax is being reintroduced on all homes costing between £125,000 and £250,000.
