On Friday 3rd February and Saturday 4th February, retirees and their families in Exeter are being invited to an exclusive preview of McCarthy & Stone's newest retirement development, Isabel Court on Cowick Street.
The event will be the first opportunity for anyone interested in finding out more about retirement living, to come and see for themselves just what life at the development is all about.
Visitors can pop into the development anytime between 11am and 3pm throughout the event, and after taking a good look around the fully furnished show complex and communal facilities, relax in the residents' lounge with a complementary glass of bubbly.
Aileen King, regional sales and marketing director for McCarthy & Stone commented: "We're excited to be officially marking the launch of Isabel Court and are keen to show off the delightful properties we have on offer here.
"Buying at our new development will provide the ideal opportunity for the over 55's to retain their independence and make the most out of their retirement by reducing the time spent on maintenance of their home. We would urge anyone interested to bring their friends and family along to this event and find out more about how easy buying a new property with McCarthy & Stone could be."
Retirement Living from McCarthy & Stone is designed to offer the over 55's the freedom to enjoy their retirement to the fullest, safe in the knowledge that they still own their own home.
Isabel Court is a development of 50 one and two bedroom apartments starting from £196,950. Residents can enjoy landscaped gardens, socialise and relax in the communal lounge and invite family or friends to stay at the development's guest suite.
The development is situated opposite the historical St Thomas Church and backs onto St Thomas Park. St Thomas is a popular suburb of Exeter with a railway station and doctors just half a mile away from the development, along with a range of local convenience stores.
