Fortunately for would-be purchasers, there is still a good choice of beautiful homes available at New Berry Vale, including stylish two-bedroom Aylesbury apartments priced from as little as £150,000, delightful three-bedroom homes from just £220,000 and spacious four-bedroom townhouses from only £279,995.

But with interest running high, would-be buyers in search of houses or flats for sale in Aylesbury are being urged to hurry if they are to avoid missing out on taking their pick from this fabulous selection of homes.

Steve Rolt, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: "Our outstanding new selection of property for sale in Aylesbury at New Berry Vale is proving hugely popular with property-seekers attracted by the stylish designs, exceptional build quality, great-value prices and the development's superb location.

"We've sold over 60 plots this year - and with demand running so high we would encourage anyone hoping to choose their favourite home at New Berry Vale to contact us without delay."

The four-bedroom Plot 266 'Kent' townhouse is just one of the housetypes currently available and offers a wealth of generous accommodation across three storeys that's perfect for flexible family living. What's more, the great-value £279,995 price tag includes integrated kitchen appliances and stamp duty paid!

The 'Kent' boasts a wonderful kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, while there's also a family room and handy guest cloakroom located off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to a spacious lounge, a well-proportioned double bedroom and a main bathroom, while the top floor comprises the en-suite master bedroom, a further double bedroom, a cloakroom and a fourth bedroom which could alternatively be used as a home office. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and parking.

Alternatively, the magnificent Plot 378 'Mortimer' featuring four double bedrooms and stamp duty paid is priced at just £289,995.

New Berry Vale is the opening phase of Aylesbury's stunning new Berryfields community. Bordered by picturesque countryside, yet within easy reach of the town centre, it will comprise exceptional community facilities and employment opportunities alongside more than 3,000 homes.

There is also provision for two primary schools at Berryfields and the planned state-of-the-art Aylesbury Academy, which will specialise in science and technology.

A local centre will include a food store and ten other smaller shops, while acres of parks and green open spaces, including a riverside park area, will also feature 13 equipped play areas for families to enjoy. A community centre will provide a focal point for the residents of the new homes and a new health centre is also planned.

Berryfields will enjoy an integrated network of footpaths, cycleways and bridleways - for cyclists there will be 8km of cyclepaths within the estate which will link into the existing cycle route along the A41 into the town centre, while park-and-ride facilities from the station will be available, linking with the town's new public transport hub.

The M40 is within 15 miles of Aylesbury, while the M25 is just over 21 miles away. Local bus routes provide connections to Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton airports.

Aylesbury itself is a bustling town with a host of shopping and leisure opportunities including the Friars Square indoor shopping centre, while the town's market still meets on the cobbles of the old Market Square.

The town also boasts a good choice of pubs, restaurants and nightclubs, while the new 1,200-seat Waterside Theatre was opened in 2010 as part of the ongoing Waterside project, which will create a new shopping centre including a Debenhams and a Waitrose.

To find out why the new homes at New Berry Vale are proving so popular, home-hunters can visit the Sales Centre and showhomes at Bicester Road, Aylesbury, HP18 0PS, between 10am and 5pm Tuesday to Sunday and 1.30pm to 5pm on Mondays.
