Linden Homes Western is holding a special event for
first time buyers in Bristol tomorrow (February 2nd) to show more people how they can get their foot on the property ladder.
Between 5pm and 8pm, buyers are invited to the CMYK development in St George to learn about the developer's easystart shared equity scheme.
Easystart offers
first time buyers the chance to buy 100 per cent of the property at 75 per cent of the purchase price.
The scheme also means would-be homeowners will only have to raise a five per cent deposit, removing one of the major hurdles that has affected those trying to purchase their first home.
Adrian Bird, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, said: "We’re really keen to show people, looking to take their first foray into the property market, that you can buy your own home."
Linden Homes is also holding an event on its Assisted Move scheme at Indigo Mews, Broadstone on February 4th and 5th.
The development features 14 apartments located close to the amenities of the Dorset village.
