First time buyers still have the chance to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday at a number of Barratt Homes' developments in Northamptonshire.

After March 24th, buyers may have to pay as much as £2,500 extra on the price of their property, as stamp duty is reintroduced for first time buyers at a rate of one per cent on all properties over £125,000.

Steve Howells, sales manager at Barratt Northampton, said: "Anyone interested in securing one of these properties should get in touch now to avoid later disappointment. We will happily help any interested purchasers to get the ball rolling in order to meet the looming March deadline."

The housebuilder has a number of developments in Northamptonshire designed for first time buyers, including the range of two and three bedroom homes on offer at Ladywell Park, Wellingborough.

Ladywell Park is located on the edge of the town centre and offers easy access to Northampton, Milton Keynes and Peterborough. London St Pancras can be easily reached from Wellingborough train station.ADNFCR-1100-ID-801304498-ADNFCR
