First time buyers
still have the chance to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday at a number of Barratt Homes' developments in Northamptonshire.
After March 24th, buyers may have to pay as much as £2,500 extra on the price of their property, as stamp duty is reintroduced for first time buyers at a rate of one per cent on all properties over £125,000.
