Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has opened a brand new playground at the Heath Meadows development of new build homes for sale in Leighton Buzzard.
The Mayor and Mayoress of Leighton Buzzard took a break from the swings and roundabouts of local politics when they unveiled a brand new children's playground at Taylor Wimpey's Heath Meadows development of properties to buy in Bedfordshire.
Councillor Gordon Perham and his wife Carole joined young playground testers from St George's Lower School to officially open the newly-equipped area to the public on Friday 18th May.
During the event, the children ensured the playground apparatus met their high standards by enthusiastically testing every item - several times!
Christine Scarborough, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: "We were honoured that the local Mayor and Mayoress officially opened the new playground at our Heath Meadows development of new homes in Leighton Buzzard, and that the local school children gave the equipment their seal of approval.
"Having somewhere to run around and play is really important for children after a hard day at school, so we are delighted to provide this wonderful open space for our younger residents to enjoy."
Two-bedroom apartments are currently on sale at Taylor Wimpey's Heath Meadows development from only £127,500, while four-bedroom houses are priced from just £199,950.

Lying just two miles from the town centre, the development is within easy reach of a wide selection of high street and independent stores, a twice-weekly market and a wealth of pubs, restaurants, health clubs and leisure facilities.
