The UK's leading retirement builder, McCarthy & Stone, is hosting a special information day for the residents of Halifax, so that they can learn more about the many benefits of Retirement Living for the over 60's.
With construction already well underway at the developer's Trinity Court complex on Oxford Road, McCarthy & Stone is inviting interested parties to attend the nearby Tower House Hotel, on Master Lane, from 11am until 3pm on Thursday 21st June, in order to get a better insight into the low maintenance and secure lifestyles being offered.
Throughout the event, visitors will be able to take a glimpse at the plans for the new development, and ask a dedicated team of sales consultants any questions they might have about the prices and properties on offer.
Fiona Brooks, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for McCarthy & Stone, explained: "We understand that the decision to move in later life can be a difficult one, not only for the retirees themselves, but also for their families.
"At McCarthy & Stone, we have tried to make the buying process as stress-free as possible. By attending this event, the residents of Halifax Lymm will be able to meet with our advisors and discuss the options available to help make that move a reality. It will also provide a great opportunity for guests to take a peek at what life at Trinity Court could be like, and we would urge anyone interested to pop along and see us on the day."
McCarthy & Stone's benefits advisor, Colin Cuthbert, will be available to give advice to those who feel they might be eligible to claim financial support from the Government. Plus, specialist removals company, House to Home, will also be on hand to discuss the packing, moving and de-cluttering service, which is offered as standard to all those who choose to buy off-plan at Trinity Court.
After the event, anyone wishing to either reserve an apartment or get more information about the moving and buying solutions McCarthy & Stone provides will be able to make a follow-up appointment with professional advisor, Anita Mitchell.
When complete, Trinity Court will provide 50 Retirement Living apartments designed exclusively for people over the age of 60 who are looking to make the most out of the independence that retirement can offer.
As with all McCarthy & Stone developments, the new site offers independence combined with the peace of mind of additional security, low maintenance and companionship. Residents benefit from a communal lounge, hotel style guest suite, security entry system, 24 hour emergency call points, laundry room and a house manager who oversees the running of the development.
